Location Guidelines & Behaviour.
Photographers will be issued shooting guidelines specific to each location which contains rules and restrictions for the location including Health and Safety information.
It is expected that reasonable standards of behaviour are maintained by all photographers rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated a verbal warning will be given and any further occurrence will result in the photographer being asked to leave the location immediately with not no refund being given
Location Damage and Breakages
Damages caused by misuse or carelessness directly by the Photographer to either Pauls Events equipment or the location whilst a guest using the location whether to equipment, flooring or the location building, such as direct damage to the equipment, flooring or furniture fittings not caused by normal use
Replacements or repairs will be chargeable at the full repair rate estimated on the day of the hire or any charges recharged by the location owner. General wear & tear and electronics faults will not be charged. If the location is left in an unreasonable state of order and requires specific or unusual cleaning by Pauls Events (UK) Ltd staff then this will be charged to the hirer on the day of hire of at a later time.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by making payment in full, provisional bookings will be accepted and held for 3 - 4 days or as otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel a provisional booking if you fail to confirm the interim booking by arranging payment in full by the date advised or within 4 days of being requested to make payment in full to confirm the booking.
Payments and deposits taken to confirm event bookings are normally not refundable and payment in full will be required by the date specified normally 4 weeks before the date of the event, a reminder will be send by email.
If full payment is not received with 3 weeks of the event your booking may be cancel and notice given by email and deposit payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings for Pauls Events are not able to be cancelled and are non-refundable unless cancelled by Paul's Studio. In this case either a full refund will be given, an alternative date arrangement or credit will be offered to the full value as booked. The cost will be limited to a full refund.
If credits or refunds are offered, these are entirely at the discretion of Paul's Studio UK Ltd and does not constitute a change in the terms and conditions stated here.
Event Cancelation or Change.
Events may be cancelled or be subject to changes for reasons beyond the control of Paulís Events Ltd and as such any liability is strictly limited to a refund of any monies paid or arrange for the event to be rescheduled.
Declining or cancelling bookings
Pauls Studio and Pauls Events reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its sole discretion and may include a single event or apply to all future events or bookings. This can be due to any of the following but does not include all possible reasons for declining or cancelling a booking or declining future bookings.
- Failure complying with guidelines & rules
- Failure to respect models & photographers
- Suggestive, annoying or threatening behaviour including internet and/or text stalking
- Concerns & complaints including relevant feedback received
- Incompatible interests or working styles
- Conduct or comments* likely to bring Pauls Studio or Pauls Events reputation into disrepute
* includes Facebook, Twitter, other internet media/forums as well as text and email.
Declining or cancellation of any booking does not necessarily imply any accusation of any of the above and may just be appropriate and timely measures to protect the integrity of the business.
To comply with current law, the location used by Pauls Events operates a strictly NO SMOKING policy.

Paulís Events takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Hirer's property and equipment but the studio cannot accept responsibility, and expressly excludes liability, for loss or damage to personal property (including cameraís, computer equipment and software), including any financial or any other losses resulting from loss or damage to the hirer's studio or its facilities, where such loss or damage is a result of theft, fire, flood, computer virus or any cause related to computer facilities, or any other cause, except where such loss or damage is caused by negligence. It is recommended that the Hirer should insure their personal property against the risk of loss and damage.
Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and full effect.
